Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered on it. By using the site you agree to the conditions described here.
1. General provisions
The website geomarti.ge is owned and operated by Geo Group LLC (ID 440891670), registered under the legislation of Georgia.
We reserve the right to amend these terms. An updated version takes effect upon publication on the site; orders already placed remain governed by the version in force at the time of the order.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT.
Product photos are for illustration. Colour and details may differ slightly depending on screen settings. Technical specifications are listed on each product page.
In certain categories (cottages, pools, industrial equipment, furniture, agricultural machinery) pricing is individual. For these, a quote request form is available on the site.
We reserve the right to change prices or availability. If, after confirmation, an item proves to be out of stock, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Placing an order
To place an order you must provide your name and a contact phone number. An operator will contact you to confirm the order and agree delivery terms and the final amount.
The contract is considered concluded from the moment we confirm the order.
4. Warranty
Products are covered by the warranty terms set by the manufacturer or official distributor. The warranty period is indicated on the product page or in the accompanying warranty card.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised repair, or failure to follow the instructions.
5. Limitation of liability
We take all reasonable steps to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the complete absence of technical errors. An obvious technical error (for example, an incorrectly displayed price) does not oblige us to sell on those terms.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing agreement, the dispute will be heard by the courts of Georgia.
